Six Figure Program/Host Gator

When I signed up with the Six Figure Program on August 1, 2011 the founders of this program, Ben Moskel and his partner Dave, said in their video "We are happy to have you join our team!" They stated for the refundable $27.00 they would start-up my website. After I paid using my credit card to pay for this website, they informed me in their video I would need to pay for a domain name through Host Gator at their discounted price. Host Gator took this price out of my credit card for 36 months for a total of $97.00, for a website that doesn't exist. I even received an email from Ben stating my website was ready. Every time I tried to access it, I would get the same ERROR/INVALID MESSAGE along with a video of Ben and Dave. In the video they would explain how to cut and paste the Host Gator password I was given, which I did...several times and was still unable to access the website. When I asked for a refund, Ben sent me an email stating they are giving me free consultation because they believe I am surrounding myself with Negative people and they wanted to help me with my "phsyce". The last email I sent to Ben and Dave earlier today, I told them I was not interested in their "free consultation" and to please send me a Full refund. Otherwise, I would contact the Better Business Bureau. As of this morning, I was unable to access my website that they said was ready. I have yet to hear from them!!
