I requested a sample of free products in about November 2011 from Revitalize health and beauty. I had to provide cc details for postage and packaging.
The sample was rubbish, I did not request any further product. Since then I have received a monthly supply of unwanted products, billed to my credit card.
I have had to cancel my card and have a new one issued to prevent further deductions as I have not been able to contact the company.
