same thingthat the person on 2/15/2012. But i had to fight tthem just to get control back on my computer. so i called the next day trying to find someone who actually spoke english and not that jibberish they speak that is supposedly english. it takes for ever to give them your info and having to do it twice one for the rep and then the tech takes to @$#%@%@#%ing long. SO I CALL BACK THE NEXT DAY AFTER they supposedly FIXED it they wanted me to give cpntrol back. I told them they have to be stupid. now since i had to argue with them about giving my computer for a half hour it came down to a screaming match. i insisted that they refund my money for the shitty service and screwing my computer even more then it was before. they said they would put there very best tech on it to fix it. Like i said these people are stupid if they think im gonnado that again. And when i called late last year the price was $150, and when i ordered it the next week it was $50 more. they said it was for that exact date and no other time.LIARS, LIARS. S o i asked for my money back and they said tthere was no chance what so ever. these people need to take the heads and shove them up there ass. and then i called systweak since when you call it says systweak powered by qresolve and systweak had no idea what i was talking about. now i gave them till the 10th of this month to resolve this issue. If not my lawyer is gonna take it from there. oh and when your trying tto talk to one of the reps i hear everrything in the backround instead of the person im talking to. so systweak sent all my info to there concerns dept( whatever that is) to work on my refund. Oh yeah if you have RegClean Pro the will cancel it at there discretion. So now i dont have a registry program anymoreand the comp is going down hill fast. I thought only the customer was able to cancel it since therethe ones to pay for it. they are all just a big bunch of @#@%heads. they suck dont buy anything because a class action lawsuit is what they need shoved up there arse. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
