Someone will offer to buy the item that you posted on Craigs List, you will receive a check in the mail from The Church in Anaheim/LME, drawn from Bank of the West, both in Anaheim, CA. These are legitimate businesses but the checks are fraudulent. Their account information has been stolen and someone is printing checks under their name. They will ask you to cash the check, keep your portion of the money and Wire/Western Union the balance to Brandi Wooldridge. DO NOT cash these checks, they will bounce and you will be stuck owing the money to your bank. When asked if you can contact them they say that they are deaf and can only text you. I looked up the phone number they are texting from and it says St. Louis, MO but no name because they are using the "Free Pinger" app. The email I received was from Tammy Wiedman (Personal Info Removed) and the enevolpe I received was from: Perry Smith from Anaheim, CA. I will be taking all this information to my local police department in the morning. Please everyone beware!!
