Just so you all know I finally got a refund!! WHOO HOO! It only took 6 months, for those of you owed more than $22.00 Plus loosing the expense of shipping back the item, I feel sorry. Thanks SCAMBOOK---I don't think I could have done it without you.

@dmrabbit I filled out the online form on the BBB's site since I like having things in writing. The turnaround was fairly short. I received a response within two business days. I can confirm that Nomorerack actually refunded the money, and it has been credited back to my account. In addition to the BBB complaint, I filed a claim with my bank. I was able to cancel the claim once the money was refunded.

I think it is a matter of time before their is another class action suit against Nomorerack. I know there is one in the works concerning faulty advertising. I saw it on another site. They are actively looking for people.

Angie.....did you contact the BBB by phone or through their website? I just wonder which way would be better. Maybe I'll do both. Also, just noticed that the number of complaints filed against nomorerack (thru Scambook) has gone from 365 last week to 413 today. Looks like almost 50 people didn't get their stuff in time for Christmas (or got the wrong stuff). Nomorerack disgusts me.

@dmbabbit I contacted the BBB of NY a few days ago and have received a response. Nomorerack said my money was refunded on 12/26 and have given me a number to contact them directly.

To Everyone on this post.......I too, was promised a refund PLUS a website additional credit for my inconvience. This came only after repetitive emails and complaints posted on Scambook. More bogus tracking #'s were given, etc. Mysteriously, on 12/21, one pair of the boots were dropped in front of my house. The 2nd pair were not with them. Yesterday, I wasn't home and a USPS slip was left in my mailbox. I had to go all the way to the local mail annex today and sign for the 2nd pair. Much to my dismay, they were a very cheap rendition of what I had actually ordered. The pair I ordered were also imitation UGG's. They were the short kind; gray color; and had really custe bows on the back side. The bows is what caught my daughter's eyes and that was the entire reason for ordering them. I received about the butt-ugliest pair of cheap looking, short, gray boots I've ever seen and guess what??? NO BOWS!!! I don't dare send them back as I fear I will never see another pair of boots and this will go on forever. Today, I will send them a very "strongly worded" email and I fully intend to take them to the fullest extent of whatever can be done. I also think that they need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent that the law will allow and I will follow up with the Better Business Bureau. Nomorerack needs to be stopped in their tracks right now!!! A girl who posted on my complaint said that the customer service rep she spoke with told her that she herself would never to business with Nomorerack. Good luck to all of you and I will let you know what, if any, results I get from the BBB.

FRAUD!!! This company has the worst customer service! I ordered Boots for my Daughters in Novemeber for Christmas. It has been over a month and they have never came.
I have been lied to over the phone... They said 10 days before Christmas that the boots would still arrive in plenty of time for Christmas. I emailed them five seperate time in the days before Christmas and NO one responded until today... (December 26th.) Connie from Customer Service response was...that my order had not yet been processed and gave a generic response that ALL customers should be aware that orders could take up to 2 or 3 weeks. INSANE!!! She must not have READ my emails or been familiar with my order!!!!!!

Okay>>>>I received my fake boots finally! they are a size 9 not the 10 i ordered and are some wicked cheap Qupid brand. the style is Oakley and get this, I found them on a search at another retailer for $4.99!!!!!
I am filing a complaint wiht the BBB first thing tomorrow and also the attorney generals office in NY. This is Ridiculous!
Where do they get off claiming these cheap boots retail for $119.00? Scam Artists!!

Same thing happened to me as well. I placed an order on 11/15. I received a bogus tracking number on 11/17. I contacted them a couple of weeks later after not receiving my boots. On 12/15 I told them I wanted a refund if I have not received my merchandise on 12/17. The CS rep said my money will be refunded if the merchandise had not reached me by the 12/21. 12/21 no merchandise and refund even after the CS promised a refund at the end of 12/21. Nomorerack sent me a tracking confirm on 12/22. Supposedly my merchandise was mailed out even after I requested a refund. It's time for legal action...no more games with nomorerack.
