This company seems to be lifting account numbers from Annual Credit report .com and other like that when you sign up for free credit reports. Your banks and credit card company should remove these fee's (mine reversed them and blocked them for life) so surprised to hear others are being treated so badly by their banks....not really!
If you can't resolve it move your account to a credit union. Big banks are ruthless anymore.

You can also sign up with the attorney general office in your state and fill out a form. If they get enough complaints I hear they do something about it (don't hold your breath).

Banks should reverse the fees if they were not authorized by you. Filling out a form for a free report does not allow anyone to charge anything.
When I contacted this company they tried to get even more personal information form me.. I would not give it. This company is a scam company. This is fraud and criminals your dealing with here. Have you bank tor credit card company take care of it and report them to ATG office.
I guess the lesson here is never sign up for a free credit reports ever.

This company is a "subscription" service. It's $14.95/month and I had to cancel it via telephone. Don't fall into the trap where it says it only costs $1, FALSE ADVERTISING! What a headache!

Same here except we NEVER signed up for a free credit report but somehow they got hold of my account and chg'd it $90. I just got an email statng scoresense wanted to resolve my complaint but they want my scoresense account info....has anyone been listening??? I never signed up so I don't HAVE an account. Thank goodness my credit card co cancelled my account and issued me another and creditied the account back for the $90 chg'd. Also, they are just getting around to addressing this after 4 months?? They must be busy with the other 1300+ complaints they have against them. Where is the attorney general to prosecute the principals of this company?

I too was scammed by Score Sense.com for $29.95,and I asked for a refund. They told me I had 30 days to cancel but only gave me 7 days. When I asked for a refund they told me no. I e-mailed them back and told them I was going to put their refusal on FACEBOOK and I got a refund the next day. Use facebook people.

Ok so for everyone that does not know how to read when entering their credit card information somewhere.... read what is RIGHT NEXT TO where you enter your credit card information upon registration. "Offer Details

By submitting your secure order you will be immediately charged a $1 refundable processing fee, be eligible to receive your 3 free credit scores, and begin your trial membership in ScoreSense® credit monitoring. At the end of the 7-day trial period, your credit/debit card will be charged $29.95 on a monthly basis unless and until you call 1-800-972-7204 to cancel your membership in ScoreSense."

This information is on the registration page. Obviously, people are too careless with their money and their credit card information when they see the word Free. Why are you entering your credit card if it is "FREE"?? Think people. You have to "agree" to the terms and service. Why are you agreeing to something that you obviously did not read and then get mad about it? Again, people need to think before carelessly throwing their credit card information into internet world.

Holly, you can get your money back. They said the same thing to me. The first time it was denied and then when I put the complaint through the second time it was accepted and I received my 29.95 refund. Try it again.
