3/8/13 at 4:33 PM PST I called Pet Air at (480) 525-2906 which was an answering machine. There was no messgae left as I will follow up to inform them of the complaint filed about them, the damages reported and let them know how to contact me to either resolve or dispute the complaint. I will update as more information becomes available.
