  On 6.7.2013 I received a call from a supervisor at Sony named Jacqueline Varner. Jacqueline is fully aware of the posted consumer complaints and public business profile regarding Sony on Scambook. Jacqueline provided me with a direct email address where I sent her a detailed email fully outlining the complaints/public business profile. She is passing the information on to her upper management. I have provided all of my direct contact information and am waiting for a response. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.
