On 10/28/2012 at 11:15AM PST I dialed (800) 559-5555 to contact Coastal Travel. Darlene answered my call and I fully informed Darlene of Coastal Travel's public profile on Scambook with the current unresolved customer complaints. I sent Darlene an email to [email protected] on 10/22/2012 and asked if she had a chance to review it yet. Darlene stated she didn't remember reading it and she doesn't think she would be the one to address this and hung up. I called back and this time left a detailed voice mail with Katie Phillips.
