I fully informed Securus Correctional Billing again of their posted consumer complaint and public business profile on Scambook. I provided all of my direct contact information and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses or changes in anyway. I also sent a second detailed email through the "contact us" form on www.securus.com, I received this confirmation #: #130909-006427 (same as before) (third time submitting via their website.) for a follow up.
