  On 08/30/13 at 11:58 AM PST, I dialed (800) 693-6599 to contact SnapSMS LLC. I spoke to Lily who said she would escalate the call to her corporate office. When I asked her if I could have the direct contact for SnapSMS LLC's corporate office Lily said she didn't have it. So then I asked her how she would escalate the issue, and she replied that her supervisor would handle it. I said I would wait to speak to her supervisor and she told me not to worry that she would escalate the issue. However, I insisted on speaking to her supervisor. She left me on hold for too long, and she only came back to the phone to tell me that she needs to put me on hold again. I then told her I would call back later due to the long wait time, time could not permit me to wait any longer. I told her to go ahead and escalate the call to corporate. Lily has my contact information if SnapSMS LLC would like to contact me regarding this issue.
