  On 03/20/13 at 11:25 AM PST I dialed (402) 715-3000 to contact Hayneedle. Kim answered my call and I fully informed Kim of Hayneedle's public profile on Scambook along with the posted complaint that was just posted. Kim transferred me over to Rob as she thought he would be the best person at Hayneedle to possibly address the complaint. Rob did not answer his phone however I left him a detailed voice mail fully informing Rob of the consumer complaint and all of my contact information urging him to return my call as soon as possible.
