  On 02/26/13 at 2:15 PM PST I dialed (512) 447-2002 to contact Media Tech. Lauren answered my call who I spoke to previously on 02/15/13. I asked Lauren if the director had a chance to look into the posted complaint yet to decide how they may want to address it. Lauren stated that the director does know of the complaint but is currently in California doing an audit and will not be available to address the posted complaint at all this week. I will update everyone as this investigation continues.
