I called Bargain Room at 240-499-8076 on 4/11/2013. Unfortunately, no one was available, however, I did leave a voice mail. I alerted Bargain Room to their public profile and consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. I await their response.

Details, and contact information have been included to assist any decision maker at Bargain Room in resolving the posted complaints; if they wish to provide any kind of customer service to their consumers.

I attempted to contact Bargain Room at 9:59am by dialing (240) 499-8076. Again, this number led to a voicemail box. I left a message with my contact information and requested a callback. I sent an email to [email protected] and [email protected] with profile information and my contact information. I am currently waiting for a reply.

On 1/31/13 I sent an email to Matt Karp at bargainroom.com using email addresses [email protected], and [email protected] to inform him about the complaint filed against the company, the damages reported and let him know how I can be contacted to either resolve or dispute the complaint. I will be sure to follow up and update the profile as the investigation continues.

Company received their 100th complaint.

I spoke with Matt from Bargain Room on 11/29/2012 at 2:56pm PST. Matt informed me that Bargain was not interested in resolving with any of their consumer's on Scambook at this time. I will continue to update our users if there are any new developments regarding this matter.

Contacted Bargain Room on 11/26/2012 at 2:37pm PST by dialing (240) 499-8076. I spoke with a manager named Jack who stated that he would be looking in to addressing the company profile on Scambook.
