  • On 09/25/13 at 2:48 PM PST, I called Sprint to speak to Dawn from the Sprint business team. Unfortunately, she was away from her desk, so I left a message for Dawn to contact me in regards to the public complaints posted for Scambook. I left my direct contact phone number if Sprint would like me to answer any questions or if they wish to provide any level of customer service.

  • On 09/19/13 at 9:38 AM PST, I contacted Dawn from the Sprint business team, and I left another voice mail, just to follow-up how Sprint would like to address their complaints on Scambook. I left my direct contact information, so that Dawn could call me back.

  • On 09/11/13 at 8:54 AM PST, I called both Dawn and Joel, members of the Spring business team , and left a voice message for both following -up in regards to their complaints on Scambook. I asked both of them if they are ready to address these complaints. I left all of my direct contact information if Dawn or Joel would like to call me back.

  • On 08/26/13 at 10:00 AM PST, I called the Site Leader of Sprint to inform him of all of Sprint's options for resolving their complaints. I asked him, if he had a chance to speak to the management team at Sprint and see if they wish to provide any level of customer service to their customers that have posted complaints on Scambook. I left all of my direct contact information in Sprint has any questions.

  • On 08/19/13 at 1:45 PM PST, I left a message for one of the business executives of Sprint. Informing them of additional options for resolution. In addition, I asked if Sprint is ready to make a decision regarding how they would like to address their complaints on Scambook. I left my direct contact information if Sprint wishes to address these complaints or ask any questions regarding the Scambook resolution process.

  • On 08/14/13 at 12:10 PM PST, I received a call from the customer service management team at Sprint. I spoke to one of the representatives, that I explained our business resolve platform where they can resolve these customer complaints. The representative said he would talk with the executive team at Sprint to see how they want to address these complaints. I left my direct contact information if Sprint has any questions or wishes to provide any level of customer service to their customers.

  • On 08/14/13 at 11:04 AM PST, I dialed (800) 829-0965 to contact Sprint. I got transferred to Scott Lane but he was not available to answer. I left a message informing him of the public complaints posted on Scambook. I await Mr. Lane's response. I left my direct contact information if Sprint wants to provide any level or customer service to these consumers.

    Overland Park, KS 66251 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

  • I made an additional call to Sprint on 7/11/2013. I spoke to a customer service representative regarding their public profile and consumer complaints on Scambook. I was told to log onto www.newsroom.sprint.com and fill out an inquiry. I filled out the inquiry and included all of my contact information. I await their response.

  • I made an additional call to Sprint on 7/3/2013. I spoke with a supervisor named David regarding their Scambook profile and unresolved consumer complaints on Scambook. After putting me on hold, David provided me with a phone number in which to address my concerns. The phone number he provided did not lead to a live representative. I will make further attempts to contact the business in order to determine their interest in resolving their complaints on Scambook.

  • I contacted Sprint by dialing 888-211-4727 on 6/19/2013. I spoke with a customer service representative by the name of Jordan and alerted him to their public profile and consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. Jordan was only able to take down my contact information in order to have his manager return my call. I await their response.

    Scambook personnel throughout numerous occasions have contacted Sprint, spoken with multiple individuals within their customer service, as well as forwarded information to Sprint regarding user submitted complaints on Scambook every time new information is submitted or altered. Contact information has been included in every contact made, to assist any decision maker at Sprint in resolving the posted complaints, if they wish to provide any kind of customer service to their consumers.
