  • 2/7/13 I received an email from Preston Balmoral stating

    "...I will contact these customers in house to resolve the disputes, and if there are unresolved complaints I will simply get my SEO team to work on the keywords that have negative complaints to drive your organic rankings down."

    This clearly shows there is no interest in working with Scambook to resolve the 18 complaints filed against software center support. We have tried on multiple occasions to help Mr. Balmoral, and there has been no action on his part to register the business or resolve the complaints through Scambook. I will continue to update as the investigation continues.

  • Contact was made with Preston Balmoral via email on 2/4/13. Scambook informed this business about the escalation process and informed them that we have the capability to escalate to government relationships, work with the FTC and the FCC and attorney generals in all 50 states. There was a response from Preston at Software Center Support saying he thought he had to pay us to remove the complaints. This is completely false, as we are not a pay-to-remove service and there is obviously some confusion. I followed up with another email and explained it further and am awaiting another reply. I will update once again with more info as it becomes available.

  • I emailed Preston 1/30/13 following up with him about the complaints posted against Software Center Support. I let him know that we can "call Attorney Generals in all 50 states and will work with the FCC and the FTC to resolve this matter. At some point if you choose to not take action to resolve or dispute these complaints, we will assume you have no interest in doing so and will escalate to government relationships. " Iwill follow up and update as soon as I get a response.

  • I sent an email to Preston at Software Center Support on 1/21/13 at 2:16 pm PST to let him know I would like to help him get set up so we can resolve/dispute the complaints filed against the company. I will update when I hear back.

  • Spoke with Preston on 1/16/13 at 11:01am PST and he said he is in the process of reaching out to the consumers offline to resolve their complaints. He saidif there is more info needed or if they need help he will contact us.

  • Spoke with Preston at 10:04am PST on 1/15/13. He said he is looking over the complaints on their profile right now and we will talk at 1:30pm PST to discuss options for resolving them. Every time I speak with Preston he is very helpful, nice and seems to be genuinely interested in resolving these complaints. I will update when more information is available.

  • called preston from Software Center Support at 954 372 8866 on 1/11/13 at 2:58pm PST but there was no answer so I left a message letting him know I was following up with him regarding the complaint posted against his company. I will follow up 1/15/13 and update.

  • On 1/10/13 at 10:00am PST I called Preston at 9543728866 and spoke with him briefly. He was busy but still seemed very interested in getting the complaints resolved. He mentioned he will be calling me between 2-4pm PST on 1/11/13 to discuss the options available. Update to come when more information is available.

  • Spoke directly with Sales manager Preston on 1/7/2013 at 11:40 am PST regarding the 17 complaints against Software Center Support. Preston was very helpful and seemed to be interested in resolving the complaints. He gave me his email address and asked to be forwarded information to take care of this. I sent out an email and will follow up with him 1/8/2013.

  • I attempted to contact Software Center Support on 12/28/2012 by dialing (866) 729-8085. I received the company's voice mail and left a detailed message with all of my contact information. I am currently waiting for a response and will update out users if there are any changes regarding this matter.
