On 7/31/2013 10:54 AM PST, I have attempted to contact Live Person via email at [email protected] one more time. I have notified them of several past attempts to contact their company without a response from them. In addition, I have informed Live Person that this is an urgent matter and needs to be addressed promptly. I left all of my direct contact information in the event that Live Person has any interest in resolving their complaints.

On 7/25/2013 10:49 AM PST I dialed (212) 609-4200 to contact Live Person. I spoke to Walter, a customer service representative. I fully informed Walter of the public business profile on Scambook for Live Person . Walter provided me with an email address: [email protected]. I sent a detailed email fully outlining their public complaint and where they can locate it. I provided all of my direct contact information if Live Person has any interest in resolving the posted complaints.

On 07/09/13 at 11:50 AM PST, I have called (212) 609-4200 and (212) 918-2100 several times. After several unsuccessful attempts to establish direct contact, I was able to leave a voice message. After that, I went onto the website to speak to someone from the live chat department. I chatted with Ann Marie, customer service representative whom I fully informed of LivePerson's public profile on Scambook along with the posted consumer complaint. Ann Marie transferred me to Ben, in Liveperson's sales division. He stated that he recorded my direct contact information and that he will pass it on to the appropriate department.

On 07/03/2013 at 2:13 PM PST, I dialed (212) 918-2100 several times and continued to get a busy signal. I then dialed (212) 609-4200 to contact Live Person for the third time. After several attempts, I could not get in contact with Live Person. In addition, I sent a detailed followup email to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected], fully informing Live Person of their public business profile and posted complaints. I have left all my direct contact information if Live Person wants to resolve any of their complaints.

On 06/21/2013 at 11:50 AM PST, I dialed (212) 609-4200 to contact Live Person for the second time. After several attempts, I could not get in contact with Live Person. I sent a detailed email to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected], fully informing Live Person of their public business profile and posted complaints. I have left all my direct contact information if Live Person wants to resolve any of their complaints.

On 06/14/2013 Scambook mailed LivePerson a letter, via Certified Mail, to 475 10th Ave

New York, NY 10018 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

On 06/07/13 at 11:15 AM, I dialed (212) 602-4200 to contact Live Person and none of their extensions worked including "0" for operator. I dialed (917) 591-3027 and the number is for fax purposes only, I dialed (212) 918-2100 and the line is busy every time I call. I then tried sending an email to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected]. All of the emails bounced back as not recorded. Scambook has exhausted all of their contact info for this company and has been unsuccessful in contact this company directly. Scambook will continue to try and establish contact with LivePerson.

Scambook called LivePerson regarding the consumer complaints on our site. We left a detailed voice message and currently we await a response. We will keep everyone updated as the situation unfolds.
