I made an additional call to Lipo Slim Extreme at 888-376-5386 on 9/24/2013. I spoke with a customer service representative in regards to their consumer complaints. The representative reiterated the fact that due to their refund policy, they are unable to provide resolution after the 30 day trial period.

I made an additional call to Lipo Slim Extreme at 888-241-6463 on 9/16/2013. I spoke with a customer service representative by the name of Lila in regards to their Scambook profile and unresolved consumer complaints. Lila stated that Lipo Slim Extreme is unable to provide refunds to consumers once the initial trial period has ended for the product which expires after 30 days.

I sent an additional email to Lipo Slim Extreme to [email protected] on 9/9/2013 in regards to their complaints. I have spoken with a representative in the past and he knows our resolution process and is fully aware of how to address the complaints. I am still awaiting their reply and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

I sent an additional email to Lipo Slim Extreme on 9/3/2013. Again, I notified them of that no action has been taken on their complaints and additional complaints continue to be added to their profile. I await their response and will update accordingly.

I received a phone call from a representative of Lipo Slim Extreme on 7/30/2013. We spoke in great detail regarding their public profile and consumer complaints that are currently posted to Scambook. He stated that they are very interested in moving forward with our resolution process and reaching out to their consumers. I will be working with them in the coming days and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

I sent additional emails to Lipo Slim Extreme on 7/30/2013 in hopes of finally receiving a response from the business.

I have yet to receive a response from any of my inquires to Lipo Slim Extreme as of 7/23/2013.

I made an additional call to Lipo Slim Extreme on 7/8/2013. I spoke with a supervisor regarding their public profile and unresolved consumer complaints on Scambook. She stated that Lipo Slim Extreme is always willing to work with their consumers even though most of the issues are regarding their terms and conditions, however, she was not the right person to discuss this with. She suggested I send an email to [email protected] in order to reach out to the proper parties. I await their response.

I contacted Lipo Slim Extreme by dialing 888-376-5386 on 7/2/2013. I spoke with a supervisor by the name of Marcella. I alerted her to their public profile and large number of unresolved consumer complaints on Scambook. Marcella took down my contact information in order to have the Lipo Slim Extreme corporate office call me back. I await their response.

6/10/13 aT 8:34 pm pst Scambook emailed Lipo Slim Extreme at [email protected] to inform them again of the procedure by which the compaints need to be addressed. There has been no contact back and no action taken to address the complaints as of yet, but Scambook will continue to reach out as the investigation continues.
