  • On 3/28/2013 at 1:04 PM PST I sent a detailed email to [email protected] fully informing Genie Bra of their public business profile on Scambook and posted consumer complaints. I left all of my direct contact information. I am waiting for a response.

  • On 03/20/13 at 10:45 AM PST I dialed 973-287-5185 to contact Genie Bra. I spoke to a supervisor named Francisco. I fully informed Francisco of Genie Bra's public profile on Scambook along with the posted consumer complaints. Francisco took down all of my direct contact information and is forwarding the information on to his upper management. I also sent a detailed email to two (2) customer service supervisors at the company: Jeff and Brandon [email protected], [email protected]; fully outlining the public consumer complaints. I am awaiting a response.

  • Scambook contacted Genie Bra on 08/29/2012 at 3:00pm PST and spoke with a customer service representative named Ben. Ben had no comment in regards to the public profile that was created on Scambook by consumers of Genie Bra. After speaking with Ben i was transferred to the voice mail of a supervisor named Kevin and left a message. Scambook is currently waiting for a response from Genie Bra.
