  • I called AVG at 510-771-1717 on 5/15/2013. I spoke with a supervisor by the name of Erin. I alerted Erin to their public profile and consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. Erin was unaware of the profile and expressed concern over the large number of complaints. After conferring with her manager, Erin took down all of my contact information to submit to the upper management at AVG in order to have the proper party return my call. I await their response.

  • I called AVG at 855-540-0131 on 11/29/2012. I spoke to Kathy who is a customer support supervisor. I alerted Kathy to the public profile and consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. She was very concerned regarding the complaints. She will be emailing her upper management and having them give me a call back. I await their response.

    On 9/18/2012 at 11:50 am PST I contacted AVG Security software at (855) 554 -0131. I spoke with Pablo in customer service and informed him of the complaints on Scambook. Pablo was unaware of the complaints and took my contact information for a supervisor to respond to.
