Scambook informed her of the business resolve process, how to comment on the complaints and sent follow up emails to her at [email protected]. Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues.

6/11/13 at 1:26 PM PST Scambook emailed Patrick of BrainHost.com at [email protected] to inform him we have followed all the guidelines to initiate contact but have not been contacted back. Also there has still been no action taken to address any of the complaints. Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues.

I called Brain Host at 800-311-9418 on 10/31/2012. I spoke to a Customer Service Rep in regards to the public profile that has been posted to Scambook. I informed her that Brain Host has been commenting on the profile and we offer an avenue that lets businesses resolve with their consumers through Scambook. I got an email address to their manager and sent her more information about our Business Resolve platform. I await their response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.
