I contacted Spark Networks dba Christian Mingle. I spoke with a representative in regards to their Scambook profile and unresolved consumer complaints. I was told my information would be passed off to their Fraud & Abuse team, however, I was not told what was going to happen from there. The representative was unable to provide me with any further information.

On 09/09/2013 Scambook mailed ChristianMingle.com a letter, via Certified Mail, to

I contacted ChristianMingle.com 866-660-7924 on 9/6/2013. I spoke with a representative in regards to their Scambook profile and unresolved consumer complaints. She took down my information in order to have the proper representative return my call. I await their response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

I sent an additional follow up email to Steve Burton, the Director of Customer Service at Spark Networks, dba Christian Mingle on 8/14/2013. I alerted him to several new complaints, as well as the numerous complaints that have not been addressed. I await his response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

Having yet to receive a response from Steve Burton, I sent him an additional email on 7/31/2013. I await his response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

Steve Burton from Christian Mingle has yet to respond to my email as to whether or not they will be moving forward with our resolution process. I will update everyone when I receive a response.

As of 7/18/2013, I have yet to receive a response from Steve Burton at Christian Mingle. I have sent Steve another email reminding him of their unresolved consumer complaints. I await his response in hopes of determining whether or not Christian Mingle will me moving forward with our resolution process. I will update everyone as the situation progresses.

I spoke with Steve Burton who is the Director of Customer Service at Spark Media dba Christian Mingle on 7/12/2013. We spoke in detail about the public profile and unresolved consumer complaints on Scambook. We touched on the resolution process and our Business Resolve platform. He requested I send him more information to his personal email in order to help guide his decision. I await his response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

I made an additional call to Spark Media dba ChristianMingle.com on 7/8/2013. I spoke with Heidi in customer service regarding their public profile and unresolved consumer complaints on Scambook. I informed her that we had left our information for a call back time and time again without a response from the business. After conferring with her manager, she stated that the best route to take would be to log onto www.spark.net and fill out a contact form addressed to their Media Relations department. I have reached out to their Media Relations department in order to establish a line of communication with them in order to determine their interest in resolving their Scambook complaints.

I made a follow up call to Christian Mingle at 323-658-3000 on 6/18/2013. I requested to speak to their upper management but was told they were unavailable for comment. I was only able to leave my contact information to have it escalated to the proper department.

After speaking to a customer service representative, I was transferred to the voice mail of their Legal Department where I left a detailed message. I alerted them to their public profile and consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. I await their response.
