  • On 4/22/2013 Brian Taylor had a conversation with the firm that handles public relations(PR) for MyTechHelp. The firm's representative explained to me that MyTechHelp will not be utilizing Business Resolve to address their unresolved consumer complaints on Scambook at this time. MyTechHelp and their PR firm are aware of the consumer complaints and have my contact information if they decide they would like to address this matter in the future.

I have attempted to reach out to MyTechHelp/Saveology on numerous occasions but still have not been able to receive a response or call back from the business. • I made another attempt to contact the corporate office for MyTechHelp on 3/26/2013 by dialing (954) 657-9600. I spoke with a receptionist named Sandy and requested to speak with Sujey Ruiz. Sandy stated that Sujey was unavailable and tried to give me the customer service line for MyTechHelp. I explained to Sandy that I had no interest in speaking with another customer service rep and requested to talk with a member of Saveology's executive team. Sandy was unable to connect me with anyone from MyTechHelp and told me to try calling back on Monday when Sujey was back from vacation. After my unsuccessful call I sent an email to Brett Bieber with Saveology requesting a formal response regarding the unresolved consumer complaints for MyTechHelp on Scambook. I am currently waiting for a response from Brett, if I do not get a response I will try to connect with Sujey when she returns from her vacation on Monday. I will continue to keep our users updated regarding this matter.
