  • On 09/17/13 at 1:58 PM PST, I dialed (800) 443-2490 to contact Rejuvenex. It seems to be a fax number. I then sent a detailed email to [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected] fully informing Rejuvenex of their public business profile on Scambook and posted consumer complaints. I provided all of my direct contact information if Rejuvenex has any interest in resolving the posted complaints.

  • I called Rejuvenex on 8/30/2012. After being on hold for several minutes, I spoke to a Customer Service Rep and informed her of the complaints and monetary damages reported on Scambook. She was very helpful and gave me an email address to better reach someone at Rejuvenex. It is [email protected].
