Colonial Crossings Williamsburg

Having yet to receive a response, I sent an additional email to Brooke at Colonial Crossings Williamsburg on 9/25/2013 in regards to their unresolved consumer complaints.

I received a call from Brooke at Colonial Crossings Williamsburg on 9/18/2013. She expressed concerns for their consumers who have posted complaints onto Scambook. Brooke requested that I send her additional information on our resolution process and how to further address their complaints. I sent her a detailed email and will answer her questions accordingly. I will update everyone as the situation progresses.

I contacted Colonial Crossings Williamsburg at 877-276-7647 on 9/18/2013. I spoke with Gwen in regards to their Scambook profile and unresolved consumer complaints. Gwen took down my contact information in order to have the general manager return my call. I await their response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

On 09/12/2013 Scambook mailed Colonial Crossings Williamsburg a letter, via Certified Mail, to

I attempted to contact Colonial Crossings Williamsburg at 888-338-3390 on 9/11/2013. Unfortunately, I was unable to reach a live representative. Additionally, I sent an email to [email protected] which was immediately returned to my inbox as being invalid. I was unable to contact the business at this time.

Company received their 25th complaint.

I called Colonial Crossings Williamsburg at 757-941-1540 on 5/23/2013. I spoke to Karen and alerted her to their public profile and consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. Karen took down my contact information to pass off to the business manager in order to have them return my call. I await their response.

I contacted Colonial Crossings at 4:01pm PST by dialing (757) 941-1540 and spoke with Linda in customer service. Linda said no one in the office was available and told me to call back the following day.
