On 02/20/13 at 11:57 AM PST I received a return call from Debbie of Fisherman's Cove Resort. I was able to fully inform Debbie of Fisherman's Cove Resort's public profile on Scambook along with the posted consumer complaints. I have sent a follow up email to Debbie with the direct URL to Fisherman's Cove Resort's public profile and current complaints. Debbie is currently deciding the best way to handle the posted complaints if at all.

On 10/26/2012 at 10:00AM PST I dialed (936) 890-1226 to contact Fisherman's Cove Resort. Sheila answered my call again and I informed her I still have yet to receive a call back as she stated on 10/23/2012. Sheila apologized and recited my contact information she had on file which was correct and stated she would forward it again. I did inform Sheila to also make note that each time I contact Fisherman's Cove Resort it is documented and publicly updated on Fisherman's Cove Resort's public profile on Scambook.

On 10/23/2012 at 10:34AM PST I dialed (936) 890-1226 to contact Fisherman's Cove Resort. Shelia answered my call and I fully informed Shelia of Fisherman's Cove Resort's public profile and unresolved customer complaints on Scambook. Shelia recorded all of my contact information and promised me that a supervisor would be returning my phone call today. I look forward to updating everyone as this investigation continues.

On 10/22/2012 I dialed (877) 870-2673 at 11:30AM PST to contact Fisherman's Cove Resort. I yet again received the company's voice mail even though it clearly stated that I was indeed calling during Fisherman's Cove Resort's business hours. I repeated on the voice mail each date I have reached out to them to contact a decision maker with Fisherman's Cove Resort and also informed them that each time I do contact their company it is documented and publicly recorded so that the public can see my every effort and how Fisherman's Cove Resort handles unresolved customer complaints. I will update everyone as this investigation carries on longer than necessary.

At 12:15PM PST I dialed (936) 890-1226 to contact Fisherman's Cove Resort. There was no answer even though the recording clearly stated I was calling during Fisherman's Cove Resort's business hours. I left all of my contact information for them to return my call as soon as possible. Please note I also contacted Fisherman's Cove Resort on 10/15/2012 and left a detailed voice mail then as well with no return call yet...
