7/1/13 at 11:17 AM PST Scambook emailed Barry Schenberg again at [email protected] to offer more insight on how to address the complaints and to impress upon him the importance of doing so. Scambook has reached out to this company, and Barry Schenberg , many times. We have spoke directly with Barry on a number of occassions and they are well aware of the complaint resolution process, and have even registered the business, but have yet to begin resolving complaints. Scambook has informed them of the consequences of not addressing complaints and will continue to follow up and update as the investigation continues.

6/27/13 at 8:33 AM PST Scambook emailed Barry of Tronix Country, LLC at [email protected], [email protected] to remind them of the complaints posted about them, the damages reported and to remind them of the importance of addressing the complaints. Scambook will cotninue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues.

6/3/13 at 10:56 AM PST Scambook emailed Barry of Tronix Country at [email protected] to inform him of the posted complaints and that they need to be addressed. Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues.

On 05/07/2013Tronix Country, LLC signed up for ScamBook Business Resolve.

4/29/13 Scambook received an email from Mr. Barry Schenberg at [email protected] informing us that he would like to address the complaints. Scambook replied to him informing him of the procedure by which complaints must be addressed. scambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investigaiton continues.

4/25/13 Scambook called Tronix Country, LLC at (866) 561-9650 and spoke with a rep Eric who informed us to email them at [email protected] and they will respond. An email has already been sent so Scambook is awaiting a response and will update as new information comes in.

4/23/13 at 9:22 AM PST Scambook emailed Tronix Country, LLC at [email protected] to inform them of the complaints posted about them, the damages reported and let them know how to contact us to address the complaints. I attempted to contact TrounixCournty at 3:23pm by dialing (703) 321-2106. The office was currently closed. Business hours are 9am-6pm EST. I sent an email to [email protected] with profile information and my contact information. I am currently waiting for a reply.

I called Tronix Country at (703) 321-2106 on 10/16/2012. I was alarmed when the customer service rep said to Fax all concerns to them. The customer service rep also mentioned that I could not talk or speak with someone in management. I will make further attempts to contacting the company and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

On 10/11/2012 Scambook mailed TrounixCournty a letter, via First Class Mail, to 8001 Forbes Place,
Suite 211
Springfield, VA 22151 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

I called Tronix Country LLC. at 866-774-7254 on 9/6/2012. Unfortunately, they were closed and had no voice mail, but I did send them an email at [email protected]. In the email, I detailed the complaints and monetary damage reported on Scambook. I await their response and will update everyone as the situation progresses. Their hours are 10AM-6PM EST.
