  • I attempted to follow up with Mall Of Action at 2:05pm by dialing (517) 481-3485. This number is no longer in service. I sent an email to [email protected] with profile information and my contact information.

  • I called Mall of Action on 8/28/2012. I spoke to a Customer Service Rep and informed her about the complaints and monetary damage reported on Scambook. She wasn't receptive to me and when I asked her to put me on with a Supervisor, she just put me on hold and never got back on the line. I attempted to call again and the call went straight to a busy signal. I will be making further attempts to contact Mall of Action and will update everyone as the situation progresses.
