On 10/30/2012 at 2:15PM PST I dialed (866) 789-3108 to contact LoanTree Advances. Vanessa #399 answered my call and I had previously spoke with Vanessa #399 back on 10/16/2012 she unfortunately didn't even recall speaking to me before. I asked to please be transferred to a supervisor possibly Sandra Perk. Vanessa #399 stated that Sandra was not available however her supervisor Travis would be able to take my call. Scambook investigators had previously spoke with Travis as well and he had promised a call back from the appropriate decision maker at LoanTree Advances and it never occurred. Travis also did not seem to recall speaking with us before nor could Travis offer an excuse on why no one has addressed our many calls and attempts to get a decision maker of LoanTree Advances to contact us. Travis recorded all of my contact information and promised multiple times to me that Ben Toungs the head supervisor of LoanTree Advances will 100% be calling me directly at my office as soon as possible, according to supervisor Travis. I will give Ben Toungs a chance to return my call promptly, in hopes this investigation will soon be over.

I made a follow up call to Loan Tree Advances on 10/20/2012 at 11:44am PST by dialing (866) 789-4025. I thought I was contact iLifeFunding LLC but was told by Stephen #396 that this was the contact number for Loan Tree Advances. I spoke with Sandra about the numerous attempts Scambook has made to communicate with someone that is in charge with the company. Sandra once again, took down my contact information and assured me that I would receive a call back from a decision maker with Loan Tree Advances.

On 10/25/2012 at 12:20PM PST I dialed (866) 789-3108 to contact LoanTree Advances. Shane agent #001 answered my call I asked Shane #001 to please transfer me to Sandra Perk as she had promised me a call back by today at the very latest. Shane #001 transferred my call to yet another supervisor named Jason. I directed Jason to Scambook and to LoanTree Advances public profile. Jason successfully found all of the current unresolved customer complaints. Jason also was able to read all of the current updates from myself and other investigators at Scambook in their updates. I fully informed Jason that another update would be created and posted following our phone conversation. I asked Jason where the upper management and decision makers were located that would be able to address all of the current customer complaints. Jason informed me that all were in the same office but I would not be able to speak directly to them. I told Jason that since August of 2012 our calls have yet to be returned and today was the latest deadline given to me by Sandra Perk and my call needed to be addressed today once and for all. Jason asked for my contact information. I gave him all of my contact information and also informed Jason all of my contact information should be on file already as I have left it with many supervisors. Jason stated I would be getting a return call from a decision maker or at least an email within 24 - 48 hours. I asked Jason how can I possibly believe this as I have been promised this many times before and it has yet to occur. Jason stated he would personally follow up with this and gave me his word once again. I will update everyone as this investigation still continues.

I dialed (866) 789-3108 to contact LoanTree Advances. Yara #329 answered my call and I asked to speak with either supervisor Travis, Jason, Mark R. or Ronald. Yara #329 ended up transferring me to yet another supervisor at LoanTree Advances named Sandra Perk. I asked Sandra Perk why none of my calls have been returned as promised from many different supervisors at LoanTree Advances as promised multiple times. Sandra Perk stated they were aware of their public profile on Scambook and that LoanTree Advances would be returning my call once and for all in 3 - 5 business days. I asked Sandra Perk why I should believe her as every other supervisor has promised me a return call with a time frame and they had all lied to me. Sandra Perk stated she does not lie and the best and most accurate promise she could make to me is having a decision maker reach out to me within 3 - 5 business days. Sandra took my name, direct phone number and email address. I fully informed Sandra that every time an investigator from Scambook contacts LoanTree Advances it is documented and posted publicly on LoanTree Advances profile. I think everyone can draw a conclusion based upon the reoccurring pattern here on what kind of business operation LoanTree Advances is running. I will follow up with LoanTree advances in the next 3 - 5 business days if they do not reach out to me first in every sincere effort to gain resolution for all of the current customer complaints.

  • Scambook called Loan Tree Advances on 08/27/2012 at 2:53pm pst. A customer service representative by the name of Gene, Agent #341, stated that applicants were being charged $30 even though they were unaware of this charge in the Terms and Conditions of the contract. After waiting on the line for 20 minutes Gene transferred me to a supervisor named Laura. Laura stated that each applicant must be charged $30 per application as a "processing fee" for Loan Tree Advances. Laura went on to state that she was not a decision maker for Loan Tree Advances and said a decision maker from Loan Tree Advances would contact me for more information regarding these complaints. Scambook is still waiting for a response from Loan Tree Advances.
