    Scambook personnel have attempted to contact AvanQuest throughout several occasions, regarding user submitted information on Scambook. Attempts have led to little development; largely in part due to the lack of accurate contact information available.

  • I called AvanQuest at (800) 395-6682 on 10/30/2012. I was on hold for over 20 minutes just to speak with a supervisor. I will make further attempts to contact AvanQuest and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

  • I called Avanquest at (877) 445-6618 on 9/21/2012. The customer service rep provided me an email contact to a proper authority. I sent an email in regards to the complaints posted on Scambook. I will update everyone as the situation progresses.
