Scambook Investigator Ryan has been in contact with a number of representative from Bank of America and has already set a meeting with them to discuss the options available to address the complaints. Scambook will continue to reach out and will update after the meeting takes place.

6/27/13 at 12:5 PM PST Scambook received a call from Chris Smith at (980) 388.1132 of Bank of America to discuss the posted complaints about them and how to address them. Mr. Smith was very polite, had great questions and seemed genuinely interested in addressing the complaints. Scambook will cotninue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues.

6/25/13 at 7:41 AM PST Scambook received an email from Christopher R. Smith (SVP, Enterprise Social Media) at [Personal Info Removed] informing us that he has received our email and that he would like to talk for a few minutes today to ask pertinent questions and to get an overview of the business Resolve Process. Scambook will contact Mr. Smith via phone at [Personal Info Removed][ at 3:30 PM EDT on 6/25/13 to discuss and will update as new information comes in.

6/24/13 Scambook emailed Mr. Brian Moynihan President/CEO of Bank of America again at [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] to remind them of the posted complaints and to inform them there has still been no action taken to address the complaints.
