  • On 03/25/13 at 4:08 PM PST I dialed +44-1138680224 to contact Ziinga.com. The number disconnected my call without connecting to any live support. I have sent an email to [email protected] trying to connect to Ziinga.com.

  • Scambook called Ziinga.com but, the answering machine directs us to send an email and then it hangs up. We sent the email and currently we await their response. We will keep everyone updated as the situation unfolds.

  • I called Ziinga at +44 11 38680224 on 10/31/2012. I spoke to a Customer Support Agent named Anne. I alerted her to the public profile and consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. I requested corporate contact information for Ziinga, but Anne didn't have such information. I did get the name of a Supervisor to send an email in regards to the complaints. I await their response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

  • On 10/29/2012 Scambook mailed Zinga,com a letter, via First Class Mail, to 699 8th Street
    San Francisco, CA 94103 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

  • I received an email on 8/27/12 from Ziinga. They stated that it was never their intention to deceive anybody and are more than willing to talk to their dissatisfied customers. I sent them an email back notifying them to go onto Scambook.com and see what everyone is saying about Ziinga and it is in their best interest to reach out to you.
