  • On 4/11/2013 at 4:38 PM PST I sent a detailed email to [email protected], and [email protected] fully informing EuroTeam of their public business profile on Scambook and posted consumer complaints. I left all of my direct contact information. After sending the two emails, I received this long response from Euro Team in response:

Euroteam has suffered overwhelming challenges during the London
Olympics 2012 and is now in the position where the company is
contacting creditors for debt negotiations to investigate the
    possibility to avoid bankruptcy.

The London Olympics and the IOC declared their aim has been to destroy
the Euroteam and it now seems they have succeeded.1 Euroteam is
confident is has operated according to all laws. This has also been
reflected in the London ticketing police’s actions. By pressuring the
bank BNP and the credit-card acquirer GlobalCollect to shut down the
company’s cash-flow and withholding the company’s funds, Euroteam was
not able to fulfil its obligations to pay for tickets destined for the
clients.2 Furthermore the London ticketing police managed to shut down
all email-servers and customer administration-system for a period of
five days until the court ruled in favour of Euroteam. This happened
in the in the middle of the Olympics and caused massive damage.
Furthermore the police confiscated all tickets on their way by FedEx.
When realizing this was also harmful to the clients they decided to
try to deliver the tickets to clients themselves, but by the time they
got around to this, most tickets had already expired – and the rest of
the tickets were lost in the system of the ticketing police.

The actions above are in the view of Euroteam illegal actions done
solely to harm a legally operating company in the interest of
protecting the financial interest of the private organization IOC.
This stands in sharp contract to the EU-regulations and will most
probably be tried in the EU court.

Euroteam will, however, most probably not be able to survive the
massive costs the damages have caused unless creditors are willing to
accept reduced cover of their claims – or wait for the results of
coming lawsuits. As soon as we have an overview of all costs, claims
and understanding of creditors – the board will take a decision
whether to file for bankruptcy or keep on fighting. We expect to
    update this message shortly.

Wee deeply apologize to all clients who got their Olympics ruined. We
expect to soon send out info to clients concerning refund procedures
for clients who cancelled their order or did not receive their
    tickets.
