  • At 11:11AM PST on 10/25/2012 I received a phone call from (770) 381-1000. It was Mark from Primerica Life Insurance Company promptly returning my previous call. Mark did inform me that the majority of the complaints posted were in regards to an actual scam that was not coming from Primerica Life Insurance Company. Mark directed my to Primerica Life Insurance Company's website which has a section explaining the known scam in detail. It can be read at this link, http://www.primerica.com/public/fraud-alert.html I sent a follow up email to Mark with all of my contact information so that if he needed any of my assistance he may contact me at any time.

  • On 10/25/2012 at 10:15AM PST I dialed (770) 381-1000 to contact Primerica Life Insurance Company. Bridgette answered my call and I informed Bridgette that I needed to please speak to someone there that would be in a position to resolve some current customer complaints posted on Primerica Life Insurance Company's public profile. Bridgette transferred me to a supervisor named Brenda. I fully informed Brenda of Primerica Life Insurance Company's public profile on Scambook with all of the current unresolved customer complaints posted. Brenda informed me that if I wanted to mail them a letter they may address the complaints. I informed Brenda that we were already proactive and actually mailed Primerica Life Insurance Company; "On 10/16/2012 Scambook mailed Primerica Life Insurance Company a letter, via First Class Mail, to 3120 Breckinridge Blvd. Duluth, GA 30099 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply." Brenda told me then there was nothing more for us to discuss. I did inform Brenda that I would be publicly updating Primerica Life Insurance Company's profile that I did fully inform Brenda and the level of care she offered was to mail a letter which was already done. Brenda immediately became concerned and put me on hold. When Brenda came back she asked me for all of my contact information with I provided her Brenda stated Primerica Life Insurance Company's legal department would be returning my phone call. Brenda could not provide me with a time frame of when I would be contacted in regards to this urgent matter. I will update everyone as this investigation continues.
