  • On 03/26/13 at 09:50 AM PST I dialed (800) 242-7399 to contact Nora of the Executive Offices. There was no answer, but I did leave here a detailed follow-up voice mail outlining the public consumer complaints on Scambook. I left all of my direct contact information.

I will continue to reach out and will update as more information becomes available.

  • On 03/11/13 at 2:45 PM PST I dialed (800) 242-7399 to contact Nora at the Executive Offices of Chase Bank. Nora was not available, but I did speak to Bernita. I fully informed Bernita of Chase Bank's public business profile and posted consumer complaints on Scambook. Bernita took down all of my direct contact information and stated that a file has been opened regarding these complaints, and that she will notate that I called today informing Chase of new complaints.

  • On 03/01/2013 at 10:24 AM PST I dialed (212) 270-6000 to contact Chase Bank. I spoke to a representative Marcus who gave me the number to the Executive Offices. I called the Executive Offices at Chase Bank and spoke to Nora. I fully informed Nora of Chase Bank's public profile on Scambook along with the posted consumer complaints. Nora took down all of my direct contact information and is forwarding the information on to her upper management.
