Scambook didn't get through to a person via phone, but sent follow up emails to them reminding them of the complaints postd about them and the options they have to resolve them. sCambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues.

They have informed scambook of the situation as they see it, and information was given to them to aid in the process of addressing the complaint. They have been asked to call Scambook to move forward with the business resolve process. Scambook will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues.

  • I called Alluria at 888-217-2831 on 4/2/2013. I spoke to a customer service rep regarding their public profile and consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. After placing me on hold, she informed me that the product is owned by Natural Health Network and they have no interest in working with Scambook to resolve these complaints. She stated that if I called again, my number would be blocked.

  • I called Alluria at 888-217-2831 on 10/3/2012. I spoke to a Customer Rep named Trevor. When I brought up the consumer complaints on Scambook, he became very defensive stating that it was the consumer's responsibility to read the Terms & Conditions and the company was not accountable. Alluria will not be addressing the complaints that have been posted to Scambook.

  • I called Alluria at 888-217-2831 on 9/5/2012. After being on hold for several minutes, I decided I will try back later. I did send them an email though explaining the complaints and monetary damage posted to Scambook at [email protected]. I will make further attempts to get into contact with someone from Alluria and will update everyone as the situation progresses.
