I made an additional call to Armando Montelongo on 7/23/2013. I spoke with a customer service representative regarding their unresolved consumer complaints. After placing me on a brief hold, he stated that he had spoken with their in house attorney who is currently reviewing the complaints and our resolution process who, once completed, will return my call. Unfortunately, I was not provided with a timeline. I await their response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

I have yet to receive a response from Armando Montelongo as to whether or not they are interested in addressing their complaints on Scambook.

I sent a follow up email to Devin at Armando Montelongo on 7/10/2013 in hopes to determine their interest in resolving their consumer complaints on Scambook. I await his response.

I made an additional call to Armando Montelongo on 7/2/2013. I spoke with a supervisor by the name of Devin. I alerted Devin to their public profile and unresolved consumer complaints on Scambook. Devin requested that I sent him more information to his personal email address in order to determine whether they have interest in our resolution process. I await his response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

I called Armando Montelago at 877-217-2124 on 6/20/2013. I spoke to a customer service representative by the name of Allie and alerted her to their public profile and consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. After placing me on a brief hold, I was then transferred to the voice mail of Devin, where I left a detailed message with my contact information. I await his response.

On 3/18/2013 at 2:27pm PST, I contacted Andy Moon in regards to the profile for Armando Montelongo by dialing (210) 501-0077. I followed up with Andy in regards to the profile on Scambook.

On 3/14/2013 at 3:40pm PST, I contacted Armando Montelongo by dialing (210) 501-0077 and spoke with Andy. Andy was already aware of the profile on Scambook, however I was able to update him to its current status.

On 01/03/13 at 10:55AM PST I dialed (210) 501-0077 to contact Armando Montelongo. There was no answer however I was able to leave a detailed voice mail for Andy Moon. I left all of my contact information as well as informed Andy of Armando Montelongo's public profile along with all of the current unresolved customer complaints.

I sent an email informing the business on how to resolve consumer complaints on Scambook. I will await their response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.
