  • I sent an additional email to Lenka from OptionRally on 9/3/2013. I reminded Lenka that even though they have registered their profile, no action has been taken in order to begin resolving their complaints. I also alerted her to the existence of new complaints as well. I await her response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

  • I have yet to receive a response from Lenka or any other representative from OptionRally as of 8/26/2013 in regards as to whether or not they will be moving forward with our resolution process.

  • I sent an additional email to Lenka at OptionRally on 8/12/2013. I informed her that even though they registered their profile, the complaints will remain on Scambook unless action is taken in order to get them resolved. I await her response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

  • I sent Lenka form OptionRally an additional email of 7/10/2013 in hopes to get a final decision as to whether or not they will be addressing their unresolved consumer complaints on Scambook. I await her response.

  • I have been in contact with Lenka who is the Compliance Manager at OptionRally. Lenka expressed concern for their complaints and was interested in our resolution process. I sent Lenka a detailed email about our Business Resolve platform and how to resolve their complaints. I await a response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

  • On 3/29/2013 at 7:59am PST, I attempted to contact OptionRally by dialing 011-41-43-5507311. The call went to voice mail and a detailed message was left. In addition I have sent an email to [email protected].
