  • I called Century Photo at (800) 975-6429 on 3/19/2013. I spoke with a customer service rep named Jackie. I alerted Jackie to the public profile and consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. Jackie informed me that her manager was gone for the day and will submit my information in order to request a call back as well. I await their response.

  • I contacted Century Photo on 11-01-12 at 2:30pm PST by dialing (800) 975-6429 to inform the company about their public profile on Scambook. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes and eventually disconnected. I was unable to reach the company

  • I contacted Century Photo on 10-18-12 at 2:30pm PST by dialing (800) 975-6429 to inform the company about their public profile on Scambook. I spoke with Marian who notified me that a decision maker was unavailable and to call back at another time. I will update everyone as the situation progresses.
