Scambook personnel throughout numerous occasions have contacted Shaboom Media, spoken with multiple individuals within their customer service, as well as forwarded information to Shaboom Media regarding user submitted complaints on Scambook every time new information is submitted or altered. Contact information has been included in every contact made, to assist any decision maker at Shaboom Media in resolving the posted complaints, if they wish to provide any kind of customer service to their consumers.

On 2/22/13 Scambook First Class Mail notification letter was returned to our office as not deliverable.

I attempted to follow up with Shaboom Media(Mobile Media) on 10/23/2012 at 3:12pm PST by dialing (888) 890-6150. I spoke with Alice and informed her about my previous attempts to contact a decision maker with their company. Alice directed me to send the company an email and was unable to provide me with any other information. I will send this company an email and update our users as this situation continues to develop.

I contacted Shaboom Media (Mobile Media) on 10/18/2012 at 4:34pm PST by dialing (888) 890-6150 and spoke with a supervisor named Sheena. I informed Sheena about the profile for the company on Scambook and requested to schedule a time to speak with a decision make from the company. Sheena took down my contact information and said that her upper management will be contacting me within 24-48 hours. I am currently waiting for a response and will continue to update our Scambook users as the situation progresses.

I contacted Shaboom Media on 10/11/2012 at 11:25am PST by dialing (888) 890-6150. I spoke with a supervisor named John in an attempt to create a line of communication with a decision maker from Shaboom Media. John was unable to assist me with this process at instructed me to call back at 4:30pm PST. I will attempt to call Shaboom Media back later today.
