  • On 09/10/13 at 3:25 PM PST, I sent a tracked detailed email to AirBnB CEO Brian Chesky'. I informed him of the 25 complaints posted on Scambook for AirBnB as well as the public business profile in a link. In addition, I provided all of my contact information if Mr. Chesky would like to resolve these complaints or provide any level of customer service to his consumers that posted complaints via Scambook.

  • On 09/04/13 at 1:28 I dialed (415) 800-5959 to contact AirBNB. I spoke to Debra, customer service representative whom I fully explained the public business profile and public complaints posted on Scambook for AirBNB. Debra stated she recorded my contact information and that she would pass on my information to the appropriate department. In addition, she gave me an email [email protected] to contact the media team and inform them of these complaints. I have sent a detailed email to [email protected] to contact the media team and informed them of these public complaints as well as provided a link to them so they could view them directly. I have left all of my contact information if AirBNB wishes to provide any level of customer service for these complaints.

  • On 03/12/13 at 1:40 PM PST I dialed (415) 800-5959 to contact AirBNB. April answered my call and I requested to speak to a decision maker regarding AirBNB's public profile on Scambook along with multiple consumer complaints. April stated that there was absolutely no one available at AirBNB that could take my call or address these complaints. I expressed to April my great concern for these complaints as Scambook has worked diligently to notify AirBNB multiple times starting on 09/21/12 with a letter via first class mail as well as a direct phone call to a representative named Dawn of AirBNB and a follow up email to [email protected]. April recorded all of my contact information and stated she would have a decision maker of AirBNB contact me directly as soon as possible. I requested to be contacted back today regarding this urgent matter, April stated she had no idea when I would be contacted back.

  • I contacted AirBNB at 10:29am and spoke with Dawn. I informed Dawn of the profile for AirBNB. Dawn was unaware that the profile existed. I sent an email with more information and my contact information to [email protected]. Dawn stated that she would make sure she would forward it to the appropriate department. I am currently waiting for a response.
