  • I called GE Money Bank at (813) 398-0231 on 10/22/2012. The customer service rep mentioned their website is GECapital.com and directed me to use the number on the site. I browsed around on their site looking for contact information. I did not see any contact information provided on their site. I will make further attempts to get a hold of a decision maker of the company and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

  • I called GE Money Bank at (813) 398-0231 on 9/13/2012. The message on the automated machine said the mailbox was too full and disconnected my call. I will be making further attempts to contact GE Money Bank and will update everyone as the situation progresses.
