Quicken Loans

I called Quicken Loans at 313-373-3000 on 5/7/2013. After being transferred to numerous departments, I spoke with a team leader named Anne. Anne notified me that Quicken Loans has no interest in resolving with their consumers who have posted to Scambook.

On 04/30/2013 Scambook mailed Quicken Loans a letter, via First Class Mail, to 1050 Woodward Avenue
Detroit, MI 48226 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

I called Quicken Loans at 800-251-9080 on 4/9/2013. I spoke to Tammy in their customer relations department and alerted her to the public profile and growing number of consumer complaints for Quicken Loans that have been posted to Scambook. Tammy attempted to transfer me to Anne, who works in their social media department. Unfortunately, Anne was unavailable, however, I did leave Tammy all of my contact information to pass off to Anne. I await her response.

I called Quicken Loans at 800-251-9080 on 3/27/2013. I spoke to the customer relations department and alerted them to the public profile and consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. I left all my contact information in order to have someone from Quicken Loans give me a call back once they review the profile. I await their response.

I emailed Quicken Loans at [email protected] on 10/1/2012. In the email, I informed her about our Business Resolve program as an avenue to address the complaints on Scambook. I await a response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

On 9/26/2012 at 10:41am PST I contacted Quicken Loans and spoke with Jessica by dialing (800) 863-4332. She was not aware of the profile on Scambook and asked for detailed information to be sent via email for her supervisor. I am currently awaiting a reply.
