I provided all of my direct contact information and am waiting for a response. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses. On 9/19/2013 at 1:33 PM PST I dialed (877)-760-4569 to contact DealDay.com. I reached a supervisor named Jessica. I fully informed Jessica of the 75 public consumer complaints regarding DealDay.com on Scambook. Jessica informed me that DealDay.com is well aware of their public consumer complaints, and last time we contacted them they decided not to reach out. I urged her to reconsider, and to pass on my information anyway to corporate. Jessica provided me with an email address: [email protected]; where I sent a detailed email to the attention of Jessica, fully informing DealDay.com of their posted consumer complaints and public business profile on Scambook. I provided all of my direct contact information and am waiting for a response. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

On 9/9/2013 at 10:39 AM PST I dialed (877) 516-4184 to contact DealDay.com. There was no answer but I did leave a detailed voice mail; fully informing DealDay.com of their (74) posted consumer complaints and public business profile on Scambook. I also sent a detailed email to [email protected]; informing DealDay.com of their public complaints and business profile via email. Lastly, I dialed (877)-760-4569, an alternative line for DealDay.com; I left another voice mail there as well. I provided all of my direct contact information and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses or changes in anyway.

On 9/4/2013 at 8:24 AM PST I dialed (877) 516-4184 to contact DealDay.com. There was no answer, but I did leave a detailed voice mail informing DealDay.com of their public business profile and posted consumer complaints on Scambook. I provided all of my direct contact information. I also sent a detailed email to: [email protected], fully informing DealDay.com of their consumer complaints via email as well. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

A follow up call was made to DealDay on 1/9/2013 at 10:40am PST by dialing (877) 516-4184. I spoke with Jessica in support and notified her about the public profile and unresolved consumer complaints. Jessica notified me that DealDay has no interest in resolving their consumer complaints on Scambook at this time.

I contacted DealDay on 10/16/2012 at 10:33am PST by dialing (877) 516-4184 and spoke with a supervisor named Chloe. I informed Chloe that there is a public profile for DeadDay on Scambook, then provided her with information about our Business Resolve platform. I will be sending DealDay a follow up email to determine if the company will sign up for a Business Resolve account and resolve their consumer complaints on Scambook.

Attempted to contact DealDay at 10:58am PST on 09/04/2012 by dialing (877) 516-4184 but was transferred to the company's voice mail. A message was left and Scambook is currently waiting for a response.
