8/27/13 at Scambook called Waka Network at +63 28931013, (459) 121-8344, (877) 332-1490 and wasn't able to connect with anyone so follow up emails were sent to [email protected], [email protected] to inform them of the complaints posted about them, the damages reported and let them know how to contact us to address the complaints. Scambook continues to reach out and will update as the investigation continues.

I sent additional emails to Waka Network at [email protected] and [email protected] on 8/5/2013 in hopes to establish a line of communication with the business in order to determine their interest in resolving their complaints.

I have still yet to receive a response from Waka Network as of 7/30/2013.

I made an additional phone call to Waka Network on 7/10/2013. I spoke with Michelle who was unable to help me. She was only able to escalate my information in hopes someone returns my call. I requested to speak to a supervisor, but none were available.

I contacted Waka Network at 877-332-1490 on 7/2/2013. I spoke with Anna Smith in customer support regarding their Scambook profile and unresolved consumer complaints. Anna was unable to assist me and took down my contact information in order to have her supervisor return my call. I await their response.

I sent additional emails to Waka Network on 6/18/2013. I alerted them to their public profile and growing number of consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. I await their response.

Although the answering machine kept telling us we were 2nd in line and wait time was 2 minutes but, we were on hold for more than 10 minutes.
