  • I contacted United Cash Loans for a follow up at 1:53pm by dialing (800) 279-8511 and spoke with Shantoya. I informed Shantoya of the profile and asked to speak with Dawn. Shantoya stated that Dawn is no longer with the department and placed me on a brief hold to see if another member of management was available. When Shantoya returned, she stated that I need to fax the information over to their company and provided the fax number that is on the profile. I sent an email to [email protected] with updated profile information and my contact information. I am currently waiting for a reply.

  • I contacted United Cash Loans at 2:06pm by dialing (800)279-8511 and spoke with representative Monique. I asked to speak with a manager in regards to the profile for United Cash Loans and Monique transferred me to Dawn. I informed Dawn of the profile. Dawn was unaware that the profile existed and stated that they would look into it.
