  • I called HCG Platinum at 888-424-7528 on 10/3/2012. Unfortunately, a Supervisor was unavailable, but I did leave them a voice mail. In the voice mail, I alerted them to the complaints that have been posted to Scambook. I await their call back.

  • I called HCG Platinum at 888-424-7528 on 8/31/2012. I spoke to a Customer Service Rep and informed him of the complaints posted on Scambook. He was aware of them and notified me mostly of the Terms & Conditions regarding the free trial of their products. I will update everyone as the situation progresses.
