  • I made a follow up call to Global Readers on 11/2/2012 at 10:35am PST by dialing (800) 466-2585 and spoke with Mike in support. I informed Mike about the profile for Global Readers on Scambook and was transferred to the voice mail of Dave. I left a message for Dave with my contact information and I am currently waiting for a response. I will continue to update our users as this situations continues to develop.

  • I called Global Readers at (800) 466-2585 on 10/29/2012. I left a message on their voice-mail in hopes of a decision maker calling me back in regards to the complaints posted on Scambook. I will update everyone as the situation progresses.
