On 7/9/2013 I received a response back from a supervisor at the corporate headquarters of Sunset Publications by the name of Danielle. Danielle stated that she attempted to sign up for a Business Resolve Account but was unsuccessful. Today on 7/16/2013 at 9:06 am I sent an email response and provided Danielle with instructions on how to sign up and reach out to Sunset Publication's consumers. I am waiting for a response to see if they need any assistance and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

I did not reach a representative but I was able to leave a detailed voice mail following up with Sunset Publications in regards to their posted consumer complaints and public business profile on Scambook. I called Sunset Publications at (877) 504-4012 on 6/11/2013. Unfortunately, no one was available, however, I did leave a voice mail. I alerted them to their public profile and consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. I await their response.

I sent a detailed email to Danielle fully outlining the posted consumer complaints and public business profile regarding Sunset Publications on Scambook. Liz informed me that the management needs to speak to me and took down all of my direct contact information. Melbourne, FL 32901 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

On 4/23/2013 at 8:26 AM PST I dialed (877) 504-4012 to contact Sunset Publications. I spoke to a representative named Mary. I fully informed Mary of the posted consumer complaints and public business profile for Sunset Publications on Scambook. Mar took down all of my direct contact information and stated that she would pass it on to the appropriate manager. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

On 4/22/2013 at 3:57 PM PST I dialed (877) 504-4012 to contact Sunset Publications. I spoke to a representative named Amber. I fully informed amber of the posted consumer complaints and public business profile regarding Sunset Publications on Scambook. Amber stated that she is not sure if the owners would be interested in addressing these complaints, but took down all of my contact information and will pass it on to them when they arrive in the office tomorrow. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.
