I called PC Tools at 800-764-5783 on 5/9/2013. I spoke with a supervisor named Roger. I alerted Roger to PC Tools' public profile and consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. Roger then took down my contact information to pass off to their Social Media Department and have to someone give me a call back. I await their response.

I called PC Tools at 800-764-5783 on 5/2/2013. After being on hold for several minutes, I disconnected the call. However, I did send an email to [email protected]. I alerted them to their public profile and consumer complaints that have been posted to Scambook. I await their response.

On 4/4/2013 at 8:30 AM PST I dialed (650) 527-8000 to contact PC Tools. I spoke to a customer service representative named Vince. I fully informed Vince of PC Tool's posted consumer complaints and public business profile on Scambook. Vince provided me with a fax number for the CEO Steve Bennett (650) 429-9009 where they receive complaints and inquiries.

March 25th, 2013 - 7:08 p.m. PST

Scambook forwarded information to PC Tools, regarding user submitted information on Scambook. Contact information has been included to assist any decision maker at PC Tools in resolving the posted complaints, if they wish to provide any kind of customer service to their consumers.

I called PC Tools at 800-764-5783 on 11/15/2012. I asked to speak to a supervisor but none was available. I asked for corporate contact information but the customer service rep informed me they were a third party call center with no such information. She advised me to send a letter to their corporate office.

I contacted PC Tools at 9:58am PST by dialing (800) 764-5783 and spoke with Michelle in customer support. I informed Michelle about the public profile for PC Tools on Scambook. Michelle said she would escalate my call and have a supervisor contact me within the next 24-48 hours. I left my contact information and I am currently waiting for a response.
